| Life magazine names PC's Friar among the 'creepiest NCAA mascots' »
Carson Desrosiers, a 6-10 center from Lawrence, Mass., has narrowed his potential college choices down to three at Providence College is no longer standing. Desrosiers will choose from among Wake Forest, Arizona State, and Marquette. He had previously mentioned those three and PC, Georgia Tech, Syracuse, Purdue and UNLV as his list of prospective schools. Desrosiers was one of coach Keno Davis' highest priorities ever since he was hired last spring. Davis watched the big man from Central Catholic High in high school games, at early morning workouts and on the AAU scene over the last two springs and summers. The Friars already have two verbal commitments from the Class of 2010 in Boston-area teammates Ron Giplaye and Gerard Coleman. PC would also like a skilled big man and another versatile wing player out of this class. Two highly-rated New York area wings - JJ Moore and Devon Collier - both have visited the PC campus in the last 10 days.

Good to see these articles are proofread prior to posting.
...down to three at Providence College is no longer standing...
Eliminate "at". Replace with "and".
Perhaps Kevin was so happy to publish an article smashing PC that he got ahead of himself! It is not like the ProJo feels the need to obey the rules and dictums of the English language.

That's too bad. I had a feeling Keno was going to get this guy. That's the way recruing goes, very fickle. Love what the coach has done to date. Keno has a gift and will make Providence a consistent winner. Just glad he is here.
