PROVIDENCE - The Miami Hurricanes are up at the half, 33-28. The Canes are bigger and more physical than the Friars and their defense held PC to major offensive problems. PC shot 32 percent from the floor and 2-of-11 from the 3-point line.
PC rushed back a bit in the final five minutes to trim a 12-point deficit to only five at the break.
