Efejuku, the Friars' leading scorer this season with 14.9 points per game, had a team-high 16 points againast Pittsburgh and a game-high 28 against Rutgers. He is the first Friars player since Herbert Hill almost exactly two years ago to win the conference Player of the Week award; it's the first time that Efejuku has won it and the 39th time in conference history that a PC player has won it. |
