PROVIDENCE - Not good. Not good at all.
Villanova is too fast and much too quick for the Friars as the Wildcats have raced out to a 49-34 lead. PC began the game clearly shaken by the quickness of the VNova defense as it missed three shots and threw the ball away three times before putting any points on the board.
PC battled back to tie the game at 20-20 but Villanova dominated over the final eight minutes as it out-scored the Friars 29-14. PC is shooting 34 percent with 12 turnovers. More importantly, they simply cannot stop the Wildcats from scoring.
