PROVIDENCE - Big one for the Friars tonight as they prepare to take on the Villanova Wildcats here at the Dunk.
There is a big crowd on hand. With a large walk-up showing it just may be a sellout. The students sections are almost filled with `Friar Fanatics' who were just warned to watch their language by p.a. announder Frank Carpano.
Villanova plays a very aggressive brand of defense so it'll be interesting to see if PC's high-scoring offense can bounce back from its sub-par showing at Connecticut.
Key trend to watch. The Friars have allowed 94, 94 and 93 points the last three games. They've won two of them.
