NEWARK, NJ - It's going to overtime here at The Pru.
The Friars nearly let one slip away here but Geoff McDermott made the second of two free throws (after missing the first) with 10.5 left to tie the game at 84-84. Seton Hall's Eugene Harvey tried to drive the lane in the final seconds but lost control of the ball and the buzzer sounded.
The Friars led by 14 points in the first half and by 46-42 at the half. PC led 72-64 with 10 minutes left but could not hold the lead. PC's last field goal came at the 6:57 mark when Marshon Brooks dunked for a 74-73 lead. The lead went back and forth the rest of the way nd now it's time to see if PC can gut one out in overtime.
