While I do agree with you that the fans are giving Welsh a bit of a hard time with the booing, etc., I believe that he has underperformed in terms of developping the talent that he has at his disposal. Efejuku and McDermott, for example, are juniors and have not shown the improvement that one would expect from players with that much talent. Welsh is a great recruiter, but when it comes to developping talent, he has never seemed to get the most out of a lot of his players (minus Ryan Gomes and Herbert Hill). What would you say to that?
